How Can Businesses Compete When They Can’t Afford a Decent Website?

If you’ve had a quote for a website, you probably fell over when they quoted £5-£7,000. That wouldn’t be for an SEO optimised website and it wouldn’t include the content.

It’s not that the price is unreasonable. It’s just that you don’t have the budget when you’re just starting out.

You can build your own on Wix or some other builder but it will never be seen.

You’ll see lots of adverts for cheap websites at £3-400 but they will never be seen either.

Our Starter Website grows and changes with your business. A search engine optimised website is an investment in the future of your business.

You are welcome to provide any photos or information but apart from that, we will write the copy and provide the images.

This is How it Works?

2. You Pay £400 after 1 month and we publish your four page website search engine optimised with your 3 main keywords.

What is SEO?

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimisation. Simply put – dress your website up so that it is seen in a crowd.

The reason that it is confusing is that the real money is in big SEO. Agencies that work for national or international companies quote staggering fees for SEO services. The talk is all about getting on to page one for Google searches and they base fees on expected (not guaranteed) results. It’s a bit like you charging more for a conservatory or kitchen if it improves the value of a house.

We don’t do that. We just charge for what we do and we won’t put our charges up if you make more profit from our efforts.

The problem for local companies is that all of the most searched keywords are dominated by national companies. Their websites are so established that you cannot compete if your website is no more than online leaflet.

Local SEO can get you on the front page.

When a potential buyer searches for services that you offer, you want to be on the front page of Google. If you cannot rank nationally then you must rank locally in the top three search results. This means that you will appear in the map pack as pictured with our client showing at the top.

These are the results that will appear immediately after the ads and before the national search rankings.

Research shows that 42% of searchers will click on the map pack. Consumers are becoming more aware and would rather click on those local companies than the national ones dominating the ads.

This is the map pack search result for ‘garage doors Norfolk’. You can type this into Google to see for yourself. Being at the top carries the additional bonus of appearing in the ‘right rail’. This means that your Google My Business Listing is shown on the right.

The map pack is the single most powerful marketing weapon that a local business has, and it’s free.

Here’s what we do.

Your Website:

We spread the work through technical, on-page SEO and off-page SEO as required. Your website will already have been built for SEO so some of this will not be required on a monthly basis. Typically, every month, we’ll add a new SEO blog post or page, keep your plugins updated and generally maintain your website.

Google My Business:

We’ll set up your Google My Business listing for success and keep it fully optimised with daily images and twice-weekly posts. Posts will be keyword optimised and images correctly labelled and geotagged, in line with your website content.

We’ll also set up your social media profiles so that the brand image aligns with your website.

We’ve created a quick glance table for you to see the most important tasks involved in SEO management.
